Norres GmbH Aeration systems for waste water treatment Mutag GmbH Media for MBBR for waste water treatment Tsurumi Multi disk screw press JapanWe have been working in sectors like- Refinery & Petrochemical- Chemicals & Fertilizers- Biotec & Pharma- Food, beverages & breweries- Starch, vegetable oil refineries- Bio diesel & Ethanol plants- Power plantsJob Responsibilities:

  • Generating Sales leads through various online and offline channels
  • Arranging meeting with Customers. Meeting the customer to discuss about their requirement in detail.
  • Closing new orders with Involvement of sales head.
  • Preparing offer status report
  • Maintaining payment table for closed orders
  • Follow-up on order dispatch (both new machines as well as spare parts)
  • During trade shows and exhibitions sales, generating leads
  • After the show following up with the leads, settling payment dues of organizers and vendors.
  • Handling of spare part order from inquiry stage till payment and consignment clearance and
  • delivery.
  • Sending introductory emails to leads generated through trade fairs or those which come
  • through Principals or agents. The inquiry is then forwarded to technical team for technical
  • discussions
  • Primary attending any case of breakdown/complaint of machine in your area. Correcting the
  • errors in operation or breakdown of machine if possible. Else coordinate with the project team
  • for further action.
  • Sales Support:
  • Processing orders for spares, proforma/OC, payment, delivery etc.
  • Maintaining sufficient stock of leaflets/brochures/catalogues
  • Reports to: Mr. Mahesh Shastri
  • Requirements (experience/skills):
  • Experience in equipment/machinery sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Internet, etc.)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethics
