Job Description

    Business Development Manager CRM/ERP Project SalesRole/Position:We seek a Dynamic Sales Professional to kick start our CRM/ERP project sales and over a period of time build full-fledged CRM/ERP Practice. Our choice of software solutions and applications are Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP BUSINESS CENTRAL/NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce and SAP. We are a new entrant into the software sales market with a successful recruitment and staffing business servicing one of the largest IT organizations in India. Our Indian office is located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We intend to target small and medium businesses PAN India and convert them into satisfied clients by showcasing the value of implementing these applications.Responsibilities
    • Generating business in New Accounts and expand business in existing accounts.
    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and working closely with the Project Implementation teams to generate new pipeline and meet sales targets.
    • Working proactively on all leads and opportunities and drive them towards closure.
    • Fully understand and clearly articulate the benefits of CRM/ERP/Salesforce CRM to all levels within prospective organizations. Be able to do this via strategic value-based selling, business case mapping, ROI analysis references and case studies.
    • Understanding the needs of prospective businesses and working with the technical team in translating those needs into compelling demonstrations showcasing the products capability.
    • Updating internal CRM system with daily updates of sales activity, along with accurate customer and operational data.
    • PAN India travel is assumed to be an essential part of the role.
    Education Qualifications:Graduate in Business Management, Marketing and/or Sales Postgraduate education in Marketing or Sales or Information Systems will be an advantage. Work Exp Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Business Development of business/enterprise software and services - Excellent track record in terms of sales achievement - Knowledge of SaaS concepts is essential. Prior sales experience of software solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics D365, Salesforce CRM, Oracle/Siebel On-Demand, Microsoft Dynamics AX / Navision to enterprise and midmarket clients will be a huge advantage .Compensation is no limit for the right candidate.
