Job Description

    Job Title: Business Development Manager-Corporate InteriorsJob Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the interior design business by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base. They will be required to work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective strategies for acquiring new customers and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate should have excellent business acumen and a proven track record in sales and business development.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute effective strategies for acquiring new customers and increasing revenue
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers and partners
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities
    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including customer data, sales reports, and other relevant data
    • Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy laws
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business development and sales
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or related field
    • Proven track record in sales and business development
    • Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
    • Well-organized with attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
