Job Description

    Regional Sales Head: Internet Leased Line, IT Infra, and Cloud Services.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive growth.Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales professionals. Set clear sales targets and track performance metrics.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions. Negotiate and close high-value contracts and partnerships.Sales Operations: Oversee sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and marketing initiatives.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue. growth through new client acquisition, upselling to existing clients, and expanding market share. Monitor sales pipelines and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for product development and market expansion.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the executive team. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.Qualifications required: Bachelor in Technology of Computer/Internet/ Telecom Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge & expertise in Google Architect is a plus point Proven track record of success in corporate sales, particularly in the IT industry. Capability of revenue generation through Sales of firewall, storage, CCTV, total networking project, IT Managed Services, Leased Line Services etc. Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients,
