Generate leads and cold call prospective gyms/fitness centersb. Identifying and onboarding service professionals (gyms and fitness centers).c. Maintaining relationships with on-boarded partners - new and oldd. Creating business development strategies; identifying roadblocks and driving new business from conception through the closuree. Partner Training - App and CRM and the importance of QR code and using the FITPASS Partner appPartner Payments:a. Partner payments are processed between the 1st to 7th of the month. Email and SMS sent to partners where workouts have taken place to make sure they update the new workout schedule or inform if any Code didnt scan.b. Cities update their own payment sheets - before processing, the city sheet and dashboard sheet are compared and any discrepancy is checked with the concerned city.Partner Queries:a. Escalations/resolutions - received on the back end and updating the tickets accordingly within TAT of 24-48 hrsb. Partner query received on the back endc. Preparing strategies with the team when Partners submit cancellation requests or lose faith in FITPASSUpdating in Backenda. Verifying, checking, and updating contracts as per the necessary requirements with all sections complete before the profile is added to the dashboardb. Overall profile QC on the dashboardc. Lat-Long, Bank details, Admin access, Logo and Profile picture, and schedule updated correctlyd. Updating descriptionsLists/Data:a. Partner lists/data as and when requiredb.
