Job Description

    Job descriptionThe incumbent shall be responsible for sourcing business from clients such as Municipal Corporations, Smart City SPVs, Central and State Government Departments,The incumbent must be well versed with the process of generating enquiries through various means like cold calling, advertising, through channel sales as well as tenders floated by various government agencies.The incumbent shall be required to source relevant information about policies and outlays from various Government Agencies Authorities, information about new upcoming projects, sourcing relevant information about competitors activitiesThe incumbent shall be required to conceive ideas for sales, develop strategy, fix appointments, make presentations leading up to closing sales for the equipment to the identified target segment.She will be required to travel extensively to meet up clients, consultants, etc .She would be required to establish, nurture maintain good relationship with Clients, Consultants Other agencies, provide necessary documents information clarifications to and from Clients and ensure timely submission of bids etcA graduate in any discipline, preferably with an MBA with 8-10 years of experience with a flair for marketing would be preferred.Knowledge of MSW equipment, Office equipment etcKnowledge of government sales is added advantage .Key Skills: Business Development Manager, Business sourcing, Policies Outlays of Government agencies, Sales, Fixing appointments ,Presentations Client Relationship, Marketing knowledge Communication skills
