And celebrate their loyalty with service anniversary awards.Specialties :Consumer loyalty programs, coalition marketing, e-learning, employee engagement, event marketing, sales incentives, market research, data analytics, meetings, product launches, promotions/sweepstakes, recognition, incentive travel, branded merchandise.We are looking for Business Head - ( Loyalty Solutions )- for Delhi office of the client.1) Client : Global US MNC2) Position : Business Head 3) Location : Delhi / Mumbai ( Andheri) - East 4) Experience: 6- 10 years with role managing a large Business acquisition in concept / solution sales team-leading strong highly productive team with very good connect with Senior Level Marketing fraternity in NCR regionTHE JD is a follows :(Sales & Business Development)Job Role Vision :- As Business Head , will be responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and contracts and generating new opportunities southern Region of India in the loyalty marketing, channel incentives and employee recognition marketplace.- He will be responsible for achieving targets at an individual level & the objectives set by the company.- Will be responsible to manage large scale operations across south Indian market- Develop strategies for growth and retention of business for the region through awareness of the local market and competitor activities.- To achieve budgeted individual and collective targets of the sales and servicing team- High compliance of client servicing processes to ensure services are consistent and of high quality, High compliance of client servicing processes to ensure services are consistent and of the client- Keen market insight to preempt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly- Achieve P&L for the region- Maintain a robust sales funnel and steady acquisition of new clients to meet high growth targets for the region- Develop deep relations with the senior management/CXO level ( CMOs / HR Leaders) at corporates in the respective Mkt/Region ( Delhi/ Mumbai)- To achieve budgeted individual target for the respective products & services for India- To build the seeding database from internal and external data sources- Mapping industry/verticals to ensure in-depth coverage- Generate and maintain a strong sales funnel- Prepare customized proposal presentations to provide the strategy and solutions for various operative loyalty formats in consultation with the pre sales teams.- Conduct and analyze market studies in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence and market share- Keen market insight to preempt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly- Contribute to client programme strategies - to implement at least 1 new campaign ideas- Attrition level of - 10% for staff under management- Contribute to the management layer by suggesting product and growth strategies through insights and innovative ideas.Requirements :- MBA - Marketing (preferred from the top 20 B-schools)- The successful candidate will have more than 10- 15 plus years experience in a business environment in a client acquisition role- Must have been exposed to B2B corporate sales and concept sales with keen sales and marketing acumen. Specifically dealing with Chief Marketing Officers- Ability to develop strong relationships to build either industry or functional network- Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines- Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities- Negotiation skills, resource stewardship and an ability to handle chaosQualifications :A post graduate degree is required, relevant graduate degree, MBA preferredPreferred Industries :- Sales and marketing (product and concept selling) with a strong marketing domainBehavioral Competencies :- Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening.
