Job Description

    The Business Operations Associate Manager works collaboratively with the Global Functions Operations , GM Functions lead to help drive the Function vision, growth strategy and innovation agenda across Growth Market. The Functions Biz Ops Associate Manager liaises with Network supporters and corporate functions to ensure a consistent approach for Functions operations and management globally and across all key Markets. The Biz Ops Associate Manager integrates across the Functions and with the Industries to drive strong connections and client value across all part of our business. Strategic & Business Enablement: Help the GM Lead to craft and execute against the overall vision & strategy for the Functions Network and form the internal and external-facing Cross-Functions Network narratives. These would include several practice building & management activities Partner with leadership to plan initiatives, and recommend action plans to improve performance, efficiency and alignment of activities Operationalizes the network governance (e.g. leadership sessions) and ensures alignment between Global-Market and Market-Units Manage and drive return on investments Derive insights from data/reporting to drive sales / revenue growth in market Drive diamond client account coverage and other strategic programs. Coordinate/lead strategic planning and refreshes regularly with the members of the network. Ensure this is a comprehensive, integrated plan that allows to meet the strategic goals of the network. Enable smooth communication and collaboration across networks and globally Connect market level ecosystem with global ecosystem and V&A plans Qualify and curate content- client facing content as well as content for critical network sessions. Align with the people playing a similar role in the other Enterprise Function Networks & Programs to help drive consistency where required Quick response to executive level urgent demands Help build the enabling infrastructure at Market-level for the GM S&C Enterprise Function Network - Customer Practice. Coordinate across the different enabling dimensions/teams and develop the right balance between Global/ Market and Market Unit level: Market Governance / Structure Offering Development Research Learning & Development HR/Talent strategy Operations Enablement MD&I, budgeting, planning, forecasting V&A Marketing & Communications Innovation Architecture Coordinate between the enabling infrastructure and the other dimensions of the network: Industry leads Domain leads Market leads Practice/Services leads Qualifications: Skills and Experience: Experience in business operations and/or finance in a business group or Market or geographic unit preferred Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Proven team management skills and proactive mindset Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities Personality traits: Persistence and follow through Optimistic and high energy Self-motivated and adept at juggling competing priorities to tight deadlines Executive presence Flexible and adaptable in a frequently changing environment Decisive & Proactive Creative High attention to detail Ability to manage senior stakeholders Pragmatic, analytically minded and metrics-driven Curious with a natural inclination to challenge status-quo,
