Job Description

    1. Responsible for Procurement of Information Technology Products and Services for the organisation
    2. Effectively manage the RFx process and collaborate with IT and Business to ensure that a shared vision exists for services procured
    3. Assure on-time delivery of procurement within Budget and deliver savings as per expectations
    4. Lead commercial negotiations, contract structure, and tie-up all performance parameters in the contract over the life cycle of a machine/ equipment
    5. Provide oversight as part of the Procure to Pay cycle, which includes the outsourcer s invoice based on the contracts performance and payment schedule.
    6. Lead contractual negotiations, negotiate the terms with all stakeholders, and manage the Supplier relationship.
    7. Supplier Leadership: own the commercial relationship for key suppliers, serve as the point of contact for problem escalation, conduct Business Reviews, and drive sustainable development among the supply base.
    8. Leverage cross functional expertise to implement cost models, qualify suppliers, drive part number rationalization, and consolidate the supply base
