Manager - Visual VM Management VM Display Guidelines to be curated and shared with Sales Team including ZSM | RSM | ASM - parameter - Story Telling | Point of Focus | Product specific display | eliminating empty spaces through creative props and talkers. Regularly Check and Ensure display is as per display guideline and initiate corrective action - VM PPT review & Feedback Regular (Monthly/Quarterly) VM Training to be imparted to Store sales team | ZSM | RSM|ASM Increase Digital touchpoint for improved customer communicationPOP Management PSI Management - POP stock to be updated |POP dispatch to be updated |GRN to be updated |Safety stock |Order sheet POP Requisition basis on RSM/ASM request - TAT to dispatch from W/H - 2 working days| TAT for delivery - 4 -5 working days POP asset database to be maintainedStore Experience Management Branding asset database Ensure branding execution within 4 working days by branding execution team - through branding need. identification through RSM/ASM/Store requisition Size Adaptation and sharing of approved artwork/creative/logo with branding execution team.
