Job Description

    Overview: As a Senior Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, implementing financial strategies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial performance.Responsibilities:
    1. Lead and oversee the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    2. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
    3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for senior management and external stakeholders.
    4. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and strategic planning.
    5. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
    6. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to optimize the use of resources and maximize profitability.
    7. Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management to facilitate decision-making and business growth.
    8. Implement and maintain accounting software systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    9. Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    10. Stay updated on accounting regulations, standards, and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
    2. Proven experience (X years) in accounting or financial management roles, with a track record of success in leadership positions.
    3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
    4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
    5. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
    6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
    7. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, delegation, and conflict resolution.
    8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
    9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    10. Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to drive operational excellence.
