Job Description

Dear Candidate,We are hiring forZomato Chat process.Please check the job description mentioned below and connect with us if you find it suitable for yourself.Apply Only if you have excellent English communication skills.Job Profile:Chat Support Executives-Customer Care profileLocation:Noida sector 58, Near labour chowkSalary: 15000 Rs in-hand (Fixed Inhand)6 days work in a week- No CabsOnly Delhi NCR Candidates are eligibleAfter selection, 15 days of training at Noida sector 58(Company Location)Work from home only for 2 months, after COVID the company will resume work from the office.The candidate has to come to the company for final interview and training of 15 days

  • It is a blended profile,70%chat+30% Calls
  • The candidate will be responsible to co-ordinate with the customers over the chat line
  • Provide customer support to the clients
Shift Timing -offs- Cabs
  • Rotational Shift 24*6 -The candidates can be asked to work in any shift
  • fixed day shift for the female candidate
  • If boys are asked to work in night shift then the company will give night shift allowance
  • NO CABS-no cabs are provided for any shift. The candidates have to travel on their own
  • Shift hours are 9 Hours and a 1-hour break
  • 6 days work in a week, 1 rotational off per week
Education QualificationAny candidate-fresher/experienced/graduate/undergraduate, all are eligibleEligibility
  1. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  2. Candidate must be able to commute on his/her own/No cabs
