Profile | Location | Experience | SalaryChemist (Production /Lab) - Chemical Industry @ Bahadurgarh (Haryana) | 3 - 10Yr | 20 - 30KIndustry : - Chemical (Co. is manufacturing the raw material used in Plastic and Paints Industry like - paint driers, pigment paste, pu adhesive & speciality chemicals of pvc stabilizers)Mail to : cv@careerwebs.inRequirements of the position:-Can join immediatelyRelevant exposure as Production and Lab Chemist for Chemical, Paint Driers & PVC Stabilizer etcResponsible for carrying out all the production activities following the standard operating procedures and safety normsReceiving batch manufacturing sheets / Formats / records from QA departmentConducting the process operations and recording the process parametersMaintaining that the process equipment and surrounding areas are always clean and hygienicRecords the data in the batch manufacturing sheet, formats and other related records properlyTo Hand over the production documents and records to the quality assurance departmentResponsible for maintaining discipline in the shift and also for keeping the production area in an orderly mannerReporting any deviations / abnormalities in time to the Executive In chargeMaintain Production Process ParametersIn-depth knowledge in formulation and colour matching of inks, paints, and adhesivesAble to mix and grind and make certifiable colours and paint for art purposeExcellent interpersonal, leadership & communication skills & Decision Making ability, and socially responsible practicesInk formulation and shade matching with reference to customer reference sample or against universal colour shades.Prepare paints and colour formulation and mix in a responsible manner in all aspects - social, environmental, health etc.Support to development team for developments of new inks/formulations.Able to do R&D, QC, and New Products DevelopmentRaw material and Finish Goods Testing & Preparation of finished products as per requirements
