They are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to help grow the marketing strategies and oversee their presence as well as their brand/celebrity engagement in the country.DescriptionThe candidate would report into the MD and be responsible for the following: - Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products- Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy- Develop a brand strategy- Set and administer an annual marketing budget- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary- Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively- Manage and refine the organisations social media and PR presence- Manage and measure marketing campaign costs- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs- Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organisations databases and external data- Identify new business opportunities- Conduct market research studies- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materialsProfileThe successful candidate should have: - 15 to 20 years of experience in marketing in the FMCG/Personal Care/Beauty space - A demonstrated experience of leading teams, expanding business, and achieving ambitious results for pan India operations - Strategic orientation coupled with the capabilities to cultivate current relationships for business- Good know how of related market operations including competitive landscape, consumer behaviour, and potential clients- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities along with multi-cultural leadership experienceJob Offer- The opportunity to work directly with the primary stakeholders within the organisation - Work in an organisation which delivers faced paced growth for performers,
