Job Description

    RKS Engineers & Contractors is a dynamic small-scale engineering and contracts company specialising in civil and road works. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional infrastructure projects.Responsibilities Project Management: Oversee and manage the planning, design, and execution of civil and road works projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Design and Analysis: Develop and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications for construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. Site Supervision: Conduct regular on-site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure that construction activities are in line with the approved plans and industry best practices. This includes taking road. measurements and levels. Bill Preparation: Prepare registers, levels, measurements and abstracts. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a diploma Experience with govt tenders and works Experience in road construction Experience in taking road measurements and levels, as well as preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and invoices. Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills,
