Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE PROFILE OF CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGERWe are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented client relationship manager to foster positive relationships with clients by receiving and analyzing feedback to make our services more enjoyable. Client relationship managers are also responsible for handling complaints and ensuring that these complaints are directed to the appropriate department to implement change. The responsibilities include working on the leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.Responsibilities:
    • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients
    • Build long-term relationships with clients
    • Work quickly to address and resolve client issues
    • Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
    • Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
    • Encourage high-sales and good client service practices
    • Help promote and maintain a positive company image
    Requirements:
    • Intuitive to clients needs
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
    • A background in client service or sales is a plus
    • Must understand client relationship management (CRM)
    • Ability to work well with others and lead a team
    • Attentive to detail and organized
    • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
