JOB DESCRIPTION - CLINICAL COORDINATORPosition Responsibility summary:

Face to face meeting and counselling with Patient
Telephonic counseling post written Patient consent to the Patients where face to facecounselling is not possible
Capturing and reporting In the specified format within the agreed timeframe
Also need to keep track of follow up visit.Qualification & Skills:Science Graduate/DMLT/BSC-MLT/ Diploma in Dialysis technician Experience in Counselling 0-4 years Good communication in local language of respective city and English Good counselling and articulation skills
