Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.2. Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of Club Mahindras vacation ownership offerings and effectively communicate the benefits to potential customers.3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.4. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring they meet Club Mahindras membership. criteria.5. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches, addressing customer needs, and overcoming objections to achieve sales targets.6. Documentation: Accurately document customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.7. Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques to enhance your selling skills.Requirements:Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Persuasive and confident with a friendly demeanor.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Enthusiastic and goal-oriented attitude.Excellent listening and problem-solving skills,
