Can communicate clearly, both written and in speech.Show More Key responsibilitiesDevelopment of pipeline with identified shipping lines, and to improve the landside customer interactions and build landside revenue streams, including complete commercial project ownership of SEZ, planned MMLP s and existing Value Added Services (VAS) products Drive VAS delivery targets for the entire BU Customize the product as per the needs of clients and foster the culture of customer satisfaction Negotiate and maintain standard agreements rates with clients for VAS activity across all locations in the region Satisfy customer needs and develop solutions collaborating with other functions to reduce disputes/queries between the customers and the terminal. Register new customers acting as a point of contact, host potential customers and visitors according to CCO agendas. Assist terminal with areas of improvement based on customer requirements. To monitor the changing needs of the service, liaising with the customers to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for service improvement and implementing those improvements to the satisfaction of the customers. To act as the point of escalation for service issues with customers, sales and internal functions. To ensure that the team follows established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction. To ensure statistical information is produced, collated and analyzed on a regular basis to assist in evaluating the efficiency of the team and to inform resource allocation and service Improvements.Show More We are looking forProfessional Experience around 15+ years Container Shipping preferred.
