Job Description

    Community Architect - Training and Enablement, Open Source Program Office
    • Liaising with community managers and knowledge experts to determine curriculum needs and schedule internal and external sessions
    • Designing effective training programs for open source, community management, and best practices for open source business.
    • Working with other training and enablement groups to ensure reliable community and open source content for their programs.
    • Coordinating and delivering online and physical meetings and presentations with associates, customers, partners, and community participants.
    • Gather feedback from sessions to determine improvement areas for training curriculum.
    • Coordinate with content providers to improve OSPO knowledge base.
    What you will bring
    • Bachelors degree
    • 2+ years of training experience in the IT industry with a proven record of achievement
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills to engage decision-makers at any level
    • Ability to work with many community projects
    • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
    • Familiarity with open source methodologies
    • Good computer skills, design skills a plus
    • Willingness to travel
