Key Responsibility Areas : 6 8 AreasActionable (4-6)Top-line disbursalTo achieve top-line disbursal volume targets, set based on corporate managedTo achieve targets on IRR and Processing fee, set based on corporate managedProductivity benchmarksTo ensure X % of HBL/FSSPL resources meet productivity benchmarks for SMs managing Corporate sourcing to achieve a minimum disbursal volumeMaintaining DDE drop-out ratioTo ensure DDE drop-out ratio does not exceed X %To ensure Credit FTNR (First Time Not Right) does not exceed 2% for SMs managing corporates specifically, no
of ZERO LG corporates not to exceed 20% of total corporates mapped to the SM AND LC/LG 60%
Channel ManagementTo ensure biz generation through corporates by way of closely working the CSRM/KCM channel and various initiatives on the respective portfolio
Various activities at corporates /vicinity of corporates to ensure growth in volumes basis allocated targets
