Creative Producer (Graphic Design)

Job Description

Requirement for a Creative Designer with a keen sense of design aesthetics and the ability to understand, interpret and deliver design solutions with high visual impact.The Designer in this position will work on a variety of products such as organization and property profiles (brochures), designs for social media, newsletters, event production collaterals, printable marketing collaterals (standees, banners, etc.), corporate identity, branding projects etc., and will have the opportunity to collaborate with the different company verticals.Responsibilities:Collaborate with teams to understand and design project concepts and requirements.Generate ideas and produce visually apt graphical content with respect to layouts, themes, color schemes, etc.Support social media graphic contentInformation driven content brochures, proposals, event reports and infographicsBranding in the form of physical collaterals for stadiums, office spaces, football pitch, etc.. Research industry standards in areas of sports and marketing and apply current trends and best practices.Understanding the requirements of a project, coordinating for approvals/agreements on rough drafts.Liaise with vendors for production of items in a timely basis, managing all vendor relationships for marketing collaterals and getting best vendor quotes for different types of collaterals.Designing of jerseys, tracksuits and training kits for football teams.Liaise with kit vendor or samples of designed items.Plans concept by studying information and materials.Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.End-to-end designing of event collaterals, including:o Conceptualisation logo and themeo Marketing material Social media posts, posters, brochures, etc.o Event production items banners, backdrops, pamphlets, etc.Producing and integrating design items for website and app.Requirements:Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.Demonstrates graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.Ability to interact, communicates, understand and present ideas.Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign etc.).Ability to develop concepts, graphics and layouts for print, online graphics, illustrations, company logos, and project campaigns.Familiarity with different printing attributes like sizes, marketing materials (brochures, posters, etc.) and print material.Proficient in all design aspects.Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.Understanding the concept of a brand and translation of the same through graphic content.Ability to work on multiple projects.Consistently ensures approval of concept and content through a rough layout to understand requirements and communicate ideas.Qualifications:While applications are open to non-graduates, preference will be given to those with relevant degrees. A degree in graphic design or equivalent certification is preferred.Resume and a portfolio of work will be required. Please do make mention of relevant work experience through jobs, internships, projects and campaigns.
