Job Description

Designing communication framework with customers through different mediums based on demographic, purchase behavior and RFM.
Plan and execute ad-hoc non-recurring activities, strategies to increase customer engagement.
Plan and execute customer segmentation. Loyalty programs activity based on geographic and demographics of all online and offline stores.
Manage customer database and interact with necessary stake holders for smooth functioning.
Analyzing customer behavior and planning of promotions accordingly.
Expanding the customer database by up selling and cross selling.
To prepare customer database for regular calling and sending updates.

Retention % of existing customers.
Growth in walk-in ticket size in the stores.
Loyalty sales growth.
% dropout in customers.
Revival of old customers.
Total Purchase value growth for customers, corporate selling and Tie ups.
