Job Description

CTO & Co Founder position for a recently launched Fin-tech. The venture is promoted by a tech wizard and two prominent industrialist. The management plans to set up its NBFC arm to tap the plethora of opportunities available. Management has very ambitious growth plans on the anvil for this venture. This is top management cadre position. The position reports to the CEO/MD.The incumbent will be given Co Founder status alongside attractive sweat equity options upto 3.00% in addition to ESOPs as variable pay.The KRAs include :- Strategic business planning for IT deployment- Budgetary Planning & Controls- Sustain robust IT infra thru constant up gradation- Manage and optimize IT assets to meet business objectives- Execute latest technology tools and best practices in the technology landscape- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity- Maintain integrity of IT infra & mitigate technology risksDesired Skills and Experience :- Previous working experience as a CTO or technology leadership role in fintech or fin services- In-depth knowledge of contemporary IT landscape- Hands on experience with complex project management- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills- Effective negotiation skills- Proactive solutions-provider and high execution competency,
