Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the Cyber Security Project Manager position at LTI Mindtree.Lead and manage cybersecurity programs.Review projects and their technical artifacts to identify security delivery risks and advise on suitable approaches for resolution and mitigations at every stage of the program.Fair understanding of Technology Landscape (Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud) and review Clients information security and related threats and vulnerabilities, legal and regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance to SLA, process adherence, and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives.Will be responsible for,o Risk management Identify priorities and develop mitigation plans to ensure delivery is prepared for unforeseen challenges.o Quality Management Ensure quality assurance process in delivery to meet required standards and specifications.o Stakeholder Engagement Engage and manage stakeholders at various levels. Address concerns, gather feedback and maintain positive relationships.o Documentation and reportingTechnology:Understanding of Cloud Security (SAAS, IAAS and PAAS) and On-premises infrastructureExperience in delivering and managing solutions in Cyber Defense, Threat Prevention Network Security, Data Security, End-Point Security, Cloud Security, Identity and Access ManagementKnowledge on Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery
