The Data & Insights team will persevere to make Unilever Data Intelligent; powering key decisions with data, insights, advanced analytics and AI.Our ambition is to enable democratization of data, information and insights as a completely agile organization that builds fantastic careers for our people and is accountable for delivering great work that maximizes impact and delivers growth.This Data & Analytics function endeavours to create clear accountability for all aspects of Data Strategy, Data Management, Information Management, Analytics, and Insights. We would be accountable for impact of solutions, maintaining market relevance and minimising unnecessary overlaps in analytics products, ensuring simplicity and that our solutions better meet the needs of our users.We would partner with the Digital and Data Legal Counsel to ensure that our Data Defence (Privacy, Governance, Quality, etc) is well structured and sufficiently robust to use data and AI correctly throughout the enterprise. We would democratize information across the business, while supporting the culture shift required for data driven decision making. Further, this team would drive capacity unlock from manual and duplicative reporting capabilities, while also refocusing a portion of the unlock on embedding predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities into our highest potential opportunities.We have four key operating principles:

The D&A NRM Deployment Manager plays a key role within the team, by being responsible for ensuring that D&A solutions are successfully launched within markets. The D&A NRM Deployment Manager ensures solutions meet business requirements, are properly tested & validated end to end, and works with the business to realise the benefits brought by the product through assisting in Change Management activities.Responsibilities

• Develop the end to end NRM analytics product delivery plan at market level
• Lead solution validation of all builds & coordinate remedial work with appropriate D&A squad members to resolve
• Lead UAT with business users, capturing feedback and coordinating with appropriate D&A squad members to resolve
• Lead all go-live & service introduction activities
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure change management activities relevant to successful solution adoption are delivered
• Escalate the users feedbacks and potential new requirements to the appropriate forums and change advisory board, in order to support the analytics product roadmap evolution
