Job Description

As Data Analyst, you will be required to analyze and report sales metrics such as lead funnels, efficiency metrics, sales forecasting, etc. This role involves working closely with the sales teams while providing data and insights to help the team meet its revenue goals.Key Responsibilities:- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data- Manage Zoho and Salesforce CRM- Providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance and revenue forecasting.- Present analytical findings to upper management and other departments to measure initiatives, provide business insights, and improve results.- Establish and maintain operating and business metrics.Must-Have Qualifications:- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, SQL, and familiarity with databases.- Extensive knowledge of CRM, Zoho, Salesforce.- Experienced in lead management, account management- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.Preferred profile:- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.- Proficiency and experience in SRS, BRD, Cohort, Business Intelligence.- Excellent problem-solving ability.- Experience in team management,
