Job Description

    About The Company:ARAs client, an Indian Conglomerate Company, in the fields of Cement, Sugar, Refractories & Power has an iconic heritage associated with Indias development since 1939.The Role:Data Analyst- DigitizationKey Responsibilities:
    • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
    • Mine and analyse data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
    • Build and Monitor ETL processes, created dimensional modelling using Star/Snowflake schema
    • Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
    • Implement ML Ops, built data pipelines and automate data injections and model training
    • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
    • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.
    Skills Required:Technology skills:
    • Excellent knowledge of Python, R-Studio and Power BI. Proficient in Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks, and Data Factory. Good knowledge in AWS Sage Maker and other ML services, Azure cognitive services etc. Strong Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using Excel and Power BI.
    • Strong experience in ML Ops such as deploying ML algorithms, building data pipeline and automated retraining of data.
    Statistics and Optimization:
    • Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: Regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, hypothesis testing, Linear Programming, etc.
    Machine Learning Algorithms:
    • Experience creating and using supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms: linear regression, logistic regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost and AdaBoost, Support Vector Machine, PCA, K-Nearest mean, Anomaly detection, Neural Network, Deep learning, NLP etc.
    Data Architecture
    • Experience working with and creating data architectures. Fluency in Dimensional Modelling, Snowflake and Start schema, ETL etc.
    ML Ops
    • Setup cloud alerts, monitors, dashboards, logging in AWS and Azure. Automate ML models deployments. Manage, monitor, troubleshoot machine learning infrastructure. Setup continuous integration pipelines of multiple Overjet applications
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • BE Computer Science
    • 4-6 years of experience
