Headquartered in New York, New York, EXL has more than 32,000 professionals in locations throughout the United States, Europe, Asia (primarily India and Philippines), South America, Australia and South Africa.Location - Bangalore/ GurgaonSkills/ Qualifications Required: Relevant experience in data science. data analytics role with an end-to-end understanding of ML based projects development & implementation Proficient in Machine Learning (Predictive & Prescriptive modelling), NLP, Advance SQL, Python, MS Excel, and Visualization basics Must have experience in Google Analytics Hands-on experience in working on any of the of cloud stacks: AWS/ Azure/ GCP Good understanding of Probability & Statistics Good communication skills Prior experience with media & marketing related analytics is a plus Bachelors degree from Tier I/II colleges preferred (Post Graduation Good to have, not mandatory)Job Responsibilities Actively own & manage client deliverables Analyze large & complex data sets to derive valuable insights Data collation, processing, cleaning & transformation along with feature engineering and model development Model training, evaluation & fine tuning Ensure outputs thorough quality check & provide analytics driven insights and next steps in involved project(s) Develop & implement various customer segmentation, LTV & marketing campaign optimization models Should have experience with statistical model building Effectively engage with client & translate client business requirements into equivalent analytical problems Understand data and different platforms used by the client Actively contribute towards design methodology for problem solving & mentor juniors in the team Can work hands-on independently,
