Job Description

Depending on skills and experience, the position may involve direct supervision of one or more junior scientists.Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will become a member of a team with responsibility for solution phase parallel synthesis, purification, and analysis of small compound libraries to support lead optimization in medicinal chemistry programs. Responsibilities will include scheduling and tracking library synthesis efforts, optimizing synthesis conditions, tracking and entering compound related data, maintaining accurate written records, and ensuring on time delivery of high quality products.Educational Qualification: PhD in Organic ChemistryTechnical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points) Experience with parallel solution phase library synthesis will be preferable It is desirable for the successful candidate to have experience with analysis and purification methods, including preparative HPLC and LCMS.
