Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We have an opening at TOP PVT BANK. for BRANCH MANAGER/DBM/RM roles. We are also open to looking at RMs (Priority/Imperia/Burgundy etc.) for the BM role.Location Gurgaon/DelhiCTC as per standardsJob Description - BRANCH MANAGER/DBM/RMBU/Function: Consumer Banking Reports to the Regional/State HeadRole Details for BM
    • Responsible and accountable as Profit Center Head. Achievement of branch budgets- Retail liabilities/ Fee Income. Keeping a tab on the market trends including that of the competitors.
    • Act as a brand Ambassador of the Bank by implementing the strategies in tandem with Corporate Objectives. Overall Job Description
    • Act towards achieving business goals, set by CO, for the branch viz Deposits, Fee Income, and Profitability and communicate the same to all team members.
    • Analyzing past performance, monitoring trends, evaluating present trends/opportunities in the market for formalizing business strategies & generate leads for business development.
    • Monitor and support Branch Sales to enable the Branch team to achieve 60% of the total Liability target and 90% of the Fee based income target.
    • Monitor and support the Outbound Sales team to enable them to achieve 80% of the business targets. Education and Work Experience Requirements: EDUCATION Essential requirement: Post Graduate/ MBA Preferred: Post Graduate WORK EXPERIENCE Essential requirement: 6 14 years Preferred: 8 10 years Any specific requirements
    • Strong client and service orientation
    • Candidate must be working as a BM currently and should have BM role-handling experience of at least 1 year.
    • Should have spent over 1 year in the current bank
    • No gaps in career between jobs
    • Age must be less than 40 years Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits
