Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesImplement ER strategy / Policies for the plant. Maintaining Harmonious Industrial Relations & Vigilance pertaining to the requirement of Workforce Proactively provide continuous support to Plant in terms of ER deliverables Ensure compliance to statutory requirements. Ensure workforce engagement & Employee Health and Wellness through various ER Initiatives. Contract Labour Management Employee Welfare pertaining to Statute & Company Management & Coordination of Canteen Facility Time Office Mgmt. Handling Court Matters pertaining to Labour. Manage procedure of Disciplinary action / Inquiry etc Training & development plans for cell members as per business need & org requirement Vendor Management : >Liasoning with vendors (hotels etc.) as per requirement >Negotiations, billing, cost optimization & analysisPreferred IndustriesManufacturingEducation QualificationMBA /PG Diploma in Industrial Relations/Personnel Management / MSWGeneral Experience7+yearsCritical ExperienceThis position is responsible for the formulation of personnel and industrial relation policies including maintenance of employee relations atmosphere in the company, negotiating and entering into wage settlement with workmen, grievance handling and disciplinary action. The position is also responsible for coordinating performance appraisal administration and organizing training for the workmen as decided by the corporate HR.Functional competencies :1.
