ExperienceCandidate should be smart and should be able to work on MS OFFICE.Maintaining healthy relationship with clientsManaging issues or queries raised on the services used by clients.Attend regular meetings online and visit to their office frequentlyAble to cross. sell or expand our services at other locations of the client.Requirement gathering on enhancements or new requirements raised by clientsWriting BRD (Business Requirement Document) on the new requirementsProviding demonstration of ODeX services to the clients.Questioning changes required by them to understand logic of new changesKeeping self-updated on the services provided by ODeX along with the industry norms and processes.Testing of new requirements before deployment / conducting user acceptance test.Managing grievances and internal coordination with ODeX teams.GraduateShould be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem- solving skills,
