To work on Farm machinery projects like combine harvesters, sprayers, Balers etc: 1. Be an aggregate owner and understand functional requirements of product and design aggregates. Deliver first time right design and high quality engineering drawings. 2. Work on continuous improvement projects: Attend regular ECN meetings. Understand design issues, complete DFMEA and develop effective solutions to over come field failures. 3. Actively participate in VAVE initiatives. Deliver cost reduction against defined target value and timelines. 4. Participate in CFT reviews and be productive in terms of closing all the task assigned in these reviews. 5. Support sourcing team by giving effective solutions to suppliers considering cost and manufacturability. 6. PR Relaeses for Proto Part Development and Coordinate with vendors to develop proto parts of respective aggregates. 7. Release Bill of material of new and modified design. 8. Proto Shop ManagementExperience3-5yearsIndustry PreferredTractor, Farm ImplementsQualificationsBE MechanicalGeneral RequirementsStructural design - Chassis, axles, operator platform etc., GD&T Linkage design - Kinematics. Ergonomics study. DFMEA, DFA, DFS. Knowledge of farm machineary products. Understanding of various crops and its harvesting requirements. Good CAD skills, preferably NX. Excellent knowledge of MS EXCEL.,
