Job Description

    Interact with customers to understand their design requirements in detail. Work closely with the salesteam to convert potential leads to happy customers.Be in-charge of the customer’s project from start to finish, which includes preparing 2D-3D designs,presentations, BOQ and quotes, getting the material selection done with customers.Provide appropriate design consultation and inform customers about the processes & terms followedat Pepperfry.Provide regular updates to the customers as well as to the management on project status & progress.Collaborate with merchant and fulfilment teams to ensure all project delivery timelines are followed andwe deliver excellent customer experience.
