Job Description

    : DGM- Administration (Chairman Office): Delhi, India: 15-22 years:The Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Administration will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions within the Chairmans office. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.: :Manage the chairmans calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of the chairmans time. :Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for the Chairman & Family, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.Anticipate and address any travel-related needs or. preferences of the chairman. :Assist in managing the budget allocated for the chairmans office expenses.Monitor expenditures and reconcile financial records as required. :Serve as a primary point of contact between the chairman and other members of the organization, stakeholders, and external parties.Communicate messages effectively and represent the chairmans office professionally.:Ensure that all administrative operations within the chairmans office comply with organizational policies and procedures.Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices as appropriate.:Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Uphold high standards of integrity and ethical behaviour in dealing with confidential matters. :Assist with special projects or initiatives assigned by the chairman, providing support and expertise as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.& :Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanour and diplomatic approach.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Candidates from Delhi NCR will be preferred.Interested candidates may share profiles at hidden_email / hidden_email,
