Open position at FinPlusTech IncRole: Digital marketing analystLevel: level 2Experience: 3 years experience in a professional working environmentEducation: bachelors degreeSalary: INR 50,000 to INR 70,000/month depending on experienceResponsibilities:Identify and advise product and technical personnel on required content for effective B2B marketing.Work with the Director of Marketing to analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around effectiveness and improvements in content.Use appropriate social media and search engines to drive digital marketing.Coordinate with the product team to create marketing campaigns.Create, maintain, and enhance digital marketing campaigns including creating emails.Monitor and enhance digital marketing strategy.Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing tools.What you will do:Executing digital marketing strategies across channels including email, social media, and display advertising campaignsDriving achievement of growth objectives like app installs, display, search, and affiliates among othersImproving the design, UX, traffic, and content of the websiteDesigning, building, and maintaining the organizations social media presenceMeasuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)Creating paid campaigns on social media platformsIdentifying trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance of campaigns based on the insight.Growing the lead volume at a sustainable costCollaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.Managing agencies and affiliatesDriving maximum ROI from campaignsQualifications:3 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing / and or content marketing with a SaaS or Fintech CompanyExperience executing paid social media campaigns.Bachelors degree in technology or businessIncredible attention to detailExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced environment.Problem solving skills.Location- GurugramWork from Office.
