      1. Responsibilities: Closely monitor the performance of the website on a regular basis and suggestingtroubleshooting measures in case of issues. Should create templates for reporting and Ensure timely reporting. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessagainst goals (ROI and KPIs) Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 360 degree marketing control and churning out relevant leads through funnels whichdirectly increases sales and conversion rate. Plan and execute all digital marketing database, email, social media and displayadvertising campaigns Share regular reports to team and management on development, timelines, andresults.The Desired candidate will be working on following segments:To develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digitalchannels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and displayadvertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.1. SEO : Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy. Thorough knowledge of Web Analytics and Webmaster tools. Staying abreast of algorithmic updates and latest trends, tools andtechniques followed in internet marketing. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elementsand structure of websites and web pages. Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives tooptimize existing content and uncover new opportunities Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development incoordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific. Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds,webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting. Implement link building campaigns in coordination with Leaps SEO goals Assist in the development and execution of communication/contentstrategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals2. Ads: Very strong knowledge and experience in creating and managing all types ofads such as Google Adwords , Product listing ads , Facebook ads and PaidAds. Plan Ads Strategy Plan && Manage Ad campaigns Manage ROI KPI Reports3. Email Marketing: Work with Content team, Email Marketing vendor Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. Create email marketing content Build and execute email campaigns on a regular basis to improveengagement and convert them into sales qualified leads. Establish and maintain scalable and automated processes that ensure bestpractices in campaign and lead management. Create email funnels to generate conversions and retention
