Job descriptionLocation AzadpurRoles and ResponsibilitiesWe have a host of travel websites for domestic and international traffic, maintained by our in-house web development team of 20 people. This job would require you to coordinate & execute the online marketing plan with the web development comprising Content Writers, SEOs, Web Developers & Social Media Manager.Your crucial goal would be to grow the websites traffic & conversion of traffic to leads for the sales team.Your key responsibilities will be: Devising strategies to drive online traffic to our website. Plan and execute an online marketing plan for traffic growth through Search Engines, Social Media & Newsletters. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize effort and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Youll be responsible for tracking & growing conversion rates by recommending improvements to the website. Youll also be required to evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Experience SEO, Paid Search and Team Management for websites. Good analytical skills to bring in traffic data based execution plans for the online marketing team. Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PPC, SEMRush/Ahref, Social Media Platforms. Excellent oral & written communication skills Ability to coordinate with a 15-20 member team of different profiles, including web developers, designers, content writers and SEOs. Working knowledge or experience in the Travel trade would be an advantage
