Job Description

    JD: Digital sales Executive
    • Increase revenue through sales, Meet up with clients, maintain healthy customer relationship and report to the TL.
    Responsibility Deliverables
    • Connect the leads for business closure
    • Maintain the customer relationship
    • Report to senior authorities
    • Report to your immediate senior or management
    Task and activities
    • Connect Leads for business closure
    • Communicating with a lead via email, call or any digital channel
    • Having the sales pitch with the clients and selling our services as per their need
    • Preparing PPT and present it to the prospects (leads)
    • Strategic tie ups with the development companies
    • Responsible for revenue generation
    • Responsible for sales closure
    • Responsible enough to keep themselves updated with technologies
    • Doing the required negotiation as per the preset standards given by Management
    • Achieving the monthly targets
    • Customer relationship management
    • Cross selling and upselling the required services to existing customers
    • Customer Account management
    • Nurturing the existing set of clients
    • Sending weekly newsletter via email
    • Sending informational videos via WhatsApp and digital media platforms Coordination reporting
    • He or she responsible for preparing the proposals, negotiating with clients, and
    • working towards the closure of a particular services as per preset targets set by Organization.
    • Reporting to immediate senior manager
