Job Description

    Resource (Projects - Operations): focuses on supporting (a) analysis of key business process, identify risks and and assist with improvement or reengineering (b) designing and implementing reporting/MIS framework and (c) provide support for setting up periodic management review process (d) special projects.1. Project Management a. Lead project management process for HFC and NBFC business to drive analysis on projects in collaboration with business teams.i. Identify needs from business, prepares business plan, suggest appropriate implementation approach and techniques, and get buy-in from Leadership team. ii. Drive end-to-end execution of strategic/business level initiatives in collaboration with business functional teamsiii. Conduct benchmarking on best operational practices in NBFC/HFC in order to implement in DMIiv. Lead Resource planning -collaborate with Business heads/Function Heads depending upon the criticality of project to finalize resource planning and its implementation on high impact projectsv. Assist in establishing financial roadmap and continuously monitor matters pertaining to internal efficiency in terms of costs, productivity, and competitive benchmarking.b. Act as a SME - Support and provide direction on ad hoc project requests coming from respective business.c. Drive the periodic project management and review process for HFC and supports the COO in driving review for NBFCd. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in key business processes.2. Operations Strategy & Planning a. Leverage information from industry/other NBFC and HFC players about latest industry trends and practices around operations. i. Financial benchmarking & comparators ii. Gather business intelligence through networking for HFC/ NBFCiii. Advise the COO with trending practices; create proposals for buy-in from Senior Stakeholders and drive its implementation independently.b. Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps, and assessment of potential business impacts.3. MIS Framework & Stakeholder Managementa. Understand the changing business needs, re-design MIS and drive analysis from time to time.b. Ensure that the MIS framework is executed in the right spirit c. Develop presentations for management and stakeholders on business operations and developments.d. Drive high degree of engagement with multiple Stakeholders like Business Heads, Function Heads, Channel/business Partners and lenders across businesses (HFC & NBFC) while building and maintaining relationships with Leaders and their teams.a) Qualifications- MBA (Preferred)b) Work ExperienceResource (Projects - Finance) role - 7-10 years of relevant work experience- Strong business acumen/technical know-how; with prior experience in operations- PMO experience would be additional advantage - Strong analytical skills- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS PowerPoint and Excel)- Strong communication skills- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate collaborate relationships.- Positive, goal-oriented with strong work-ethics.- Experience in conducting powerful secondary research.- Extreme attention to detail.,
