Job Description

  • 1. Graduate in Supply chain / MBA/PG in supply chain management will be preferred
  • 2. Must have 10 15 years of experience as Lead - Supply Chain in any Pesticide/ API / Pharma chemical Industry.
  • 3. Hand on experience in in handling end to end Supply Chain Functions Including Capacity Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Production and Distribution.
  • 4. Inventory Control, Material Planning and warehouse Management
  • 5. Expertise in Domestic Supply chain Management,
  • 6. Process Formation & Implementation,
  • 7. Cost Reduction Idea Generation & Implementation,
  • 8. Business Process Improvements,
  • 9. Vendor Identification & Development, Vendor Development
  • 10. Contract Logistics, Operations Management, Material Management, Inventory Management & Control, Transportation & Distribution Management, Logistics Mapping and Logistics Management & Strategy
  • 11. Transport Management (Primary & Secondary)
  • 12. Responsible for Production & Planning to coordinate between Factory, Sales & Marketing Team,
  • 13. MIS Management
  • 14. Day to day coordination with marketing/plants/finance for smooth material management and inventory control.
  • 15. Hands on distributor network - connectivity-
  • 16. Responsible for logistics procurements, Budget management
  • 17. Experience of handling liquid bulk cargo is preferable
  • 18. Experience in manufacturing industry
  • 19. Well versed with full PPC cycle
  • 20. Able to handle team and coordinate with plants and marketing team.
  • 21. Computer savvy, with sound communication written and verbal.
