Licensed EngineerWhat Youll DoPlan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checksIdentify and rectify problems and defectsAnalyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publicationsCoordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance workEstablish and maintain good business relationship with customersManage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out lAW Manual and SOPsAny other duties as assignedWhat You NeedA valid B1.1 / B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratingsA minimum of 8 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft line maintenance including servicing, inspections, defect troubleshooting, repair and rectification as well as maintenance certificationCapable and confident to handle maintenance task with minimum of supervision and support in line. environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levelsWilling to perform shift duties as assigned to meet operational requirementsExcellent command of English, both spoken and written,
