This individual will have a tight collaboration with-, work closely with-, provide support and act as point of contact to our sales teams around production issues, change requests and understand future development needs. The candidate will belong to and be a key part of our global business operation s team. The role has a split focus of attending both regional and global matters, be an advisor to senior leaders, work along side operational teams, be in dialogue with technical staff, project management, and interface with several global functional leads.

Your responsibilities at the India Tech Hub include:
To secure the customer experience in all our sales channel , the first part of the teams mission, of which you will be responsible for being able to portrait an accurate analysis for the region and work proactively to drive improvements.
Enable our regions to execute on their commercial plans, where close collaboration will ensure the best success at all times.
Prioritizing, reporting and evaluating business impact due to incidents, problems and disturbances
Help plan and support during execution of commercial activities
A dual focus on both regional and global matters
Collaborating with internal teams, external suppliers and collaboration partners
QualificationsMust be a self-starter and proactive individual
Problem solving attitude, being able to connect the dots / see the bigger picture than the issue itself
Analytical reasoning and solutions oriented, using graphs, statistics and understanding what metrics that matters to improve a given situation
Being able to multitask and thrive in an everchanging environment
Positive and a willingness to learn and improve
Prior knowledge of ecommerce and its unique challenges
Technical background/software engineer is preferrable but not needed
Interest of getting involved in technical discussions however is a must
Preferably prior experience in tools like Service Now, Splunk and Google Analytics
Preferably prior knowledge of working with API based commerce platforms
Additional InformationThis role will be based out of our retail support office in Delhi, since the person requires to work closely with our retail team.
