Job Description

Manage and optimize assignments in collaboration with the appropriate regional managers while taking into consideration aspects that impact profitability and employee retention, e.g., required skills, importance of customer and project, increased utilization, cost rates, or travel and cost efficiency
Facilitate resolution or compromise between conflicting requirements.
Ensure accurate visibility into all available resources to internal associates and external parties, as well as all other relevant information
Manage changes in schedule and ensure solid communication channels with all parties involved
Provide support for contractors in managing and sourcing external resources
Review associated processes and systems and further develop them as needed to ensure global consistency and improved efficiencies within the regions
Establish a network of contacts within Red Hat and externally to learn about the business, its functions, and local challenges and opportunities

Previous experience in a resourcing or project management related role
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience with resource assessment and allocation to appropriate assignments
Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and time management skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with contractual and financial concepts and terms
Understanding of professional services automation software like FinancialForce PSA
Customer service experience
Good Google Sheets or Excel skills
Experience with intercultural business environments
Telco industry knowledge is a plus
Fluent English language skills and an additional language is a plus
