Job Description

We are looking for an experienced EIR who will be able to lead and manage our projects.Responsibilities:- Work with the founders and core team on critical projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses and ensure end to end management.- Make sure that all the projects and campaigns are executed at the highest quality and the product is delivered as per the brand standards.- Manage the existing projects and to have the ability to build new projects from scratch.- Accelerate team efficiency by improving processes and workflows with the core team and cross-functional teams.- Breaking down the overall project strategy and roadmap into specific components that you delegate or own yourself.- Managing a strong inter team communication and follow-up processes for the timely delivery of the project.Requirements:- An Engineer/MBA or an ex entrepreneur.- Having a certification such as PMP will be given priority.- Someone who loves problem-solving and doesnt settle for any solution, but strives to find a better one.- Someone who appreciates the bigger picture and gives attention to details.- Someone who has led a team before.ABOUT BLUE TOKAI COFFEE ROASTERSwww.bluetokaicoffee.comWe are Indias largest specialty coffee company, with coffee roasteries in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and a growing network of cafes.
