Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Analysis of Functional and technical needs.
    • Simulation, testing and deployment of specific developments made.
    • Managing user profile / policy & keeping a close watch on user rights to make/view entries.
    • Generation of weekly / monthly sales, purchase, Inventory, Trial Balance , Vendor, Customer report as per the user / Management requirement.
    • Responsible for Creation of Vendor, Customer, Item, GL codes as per the requirement of respective departments.
    • Responsible for making and managing ERP controls, user setup, tax group setup, NOD, Item groups etc.
    • Responsible for updation of inventory stock during the end of the month and reconcile the difference of quantity as per IRA and ERP system.
    • Responsible for daily backup of ERP database from Cloud/SQL server.
    • Responsible for any type of customization in ERP and coordination with the NAVISION technical consultant.
    Desired Candidate Profile
