Industry : Telecom / ISP Category : Consulting- An as Executive assistant to MD the employee will be responsible for handling & executing strategy level action plan.- Work in tandem with the Executive team of the company to manage all action plans & align projects in line with the organisations long term vision.Client Details :Our Client is a leading Indian manufacturer of optical fiber cables, optical transport, power electronics and broadband equipment for the telecommunication industry. The Company has state of the art modern production facilities across India and caters to both Indian and global markets.The products are advanced in designs and are well suited to extreme environments prevalent in India.They are exporting to the UK, Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East as well as the South and South East Asian regions.Our client provides solutions in the optical telecommunications network, such as Optical Transport networks (DWDM), Rural GSM networks, Broadband Access networks, Radio Backhaul, Fiber to the Home and In-Building solutions.Description :- Be an SPOC & responsible for presenting monthly MIS to MD and carving out action plan for improvement for each KPI failure.- Having a detailed knowledge of the business and be involved in board room meetings along with the top management.- Having cross-functional communication channel in place to ensure adherence to defined project timelines, course correction/improvements etc.- Actively involved in developing strategy for new initiatives/future business.- Analysing & convert data so that it is meaningful for MD to take business level decisions.Profile :- 4 to 8 years of experience post MBA, preferably 2 years in consulting.- Tier-1 Btech+MBA- Should have a telecom background.- Should have exposure of handling complex industrial/engineering projects.- Great presentation and communication skills.- Process oriented & having an attention to detail.- Excellent liaisoning skills and confident in having business conversation with executive team.- Have intermediate expertise in Lean/Six Sigma/Agile/ScrumJob Offer :- Great opportunity for people having a strong background in consulting looking for a role in the established telecom ecosystem.- Strategy level position wherein the person will get an holistic exposure of this business & the opportunity to make a difference in the long term vision of the company.For a confidential discussion about this role please contact Raj Bhavya on +91 hidden_mobile.The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
