    Job Description 1. JOB DETAILS: Position Title: Executive Sales & Admin Support Reports to: GM- National Sales Head Department: Sales 2. ABOUT JUBILANT FOODWORKS: Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL/Company) is part of Jubilant Bhartia group and is one of Indias largest food service Company, with a network of 1,335 Dominos Pizza restaurants across 282 cities (as of March 31, 2020). The Company has the exclusive rights to develop and operate Dominos Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. At present, it operates in India, and through its subsidiary companies in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The Company also has exclusive rights for developing and operating Dunkin Donuts restaurants for India and has 34 Dunkin Donuts restaurants across 10 cities in India (as of March 31, 2020).JFL has entered into the Chinese cuisine segment with its first owned restaurant brand, Hong s Kitchen and has 4 Hong s kitchen restaurant across 2 cities in India (as of March 31, 2020).3. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth. As part of the expansion plans we have recently launched a new business of consumer products (FMCG) to serve consumers in their homes. The business was launched under the brand name of ChefBoss and consists of a range of ready to cook gravies, pastes,cooking sauces, stir fry sauces & table sauces as solutions to make Indian and Chinese food. Brand isnow available on e-commerce as well as modern trade top stores in Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore.. Create & publish an integrated primary dashboard for all channels.. Create & publish a comprehensive secondary dashboard for all channels.. Manage day to day operational activities for e-commerce appointment, PO Correction if any.. Collate & publish weekly/monthly sales KPI Dashboards for the country. Work on payments for vendors/partners across functions of ChefBoss. Create & publish trackers for the above on a Bi-Weekly Basis.Key performance indicators (include but not limited to) . Timely & effective publication of dashboards. Making sure there is enough collaboration between Supply Chain & Retailer for timely delivery against PO s received. Timely payments of vendors as per TAT S/SLA S AGREED.4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: . All departments like finance, marketing, supply chain, etc External: . Vendors5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: . Qualification Graduate.
