Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring forF&V Executive - Sourcing & SupplyRoles & Responsibilities :-
    • Responsible for End-to-end handling and Coordination in Receiving and Dispatching of FnV (Fruits Vegetables).To ensure dispatch of FnV to the customers in a timely fashion.Monitoring labor work habits and making it sure that all the tasks are completed in a timely fashion.Responding Quickly and Practically in emergencies, crises or unexpected problems during the shift.Keeping Shift Managers and Upper-level Management apprised of daily operations.Ensure hassle-free operations at the Distribution Centre.RequirementsWillingness to work in any given shifts and ready for a stretch in work timings.Manages time effectively and efficiently.Should have experience in warehouse.Demonstrates an ability to multitask on a daily basis.Demonstrates familiarity with basic computer programs such as MS Word and MS Excel.Able to handle manpower in an efficient way.Training labors and being able to draw out work from the team of subordinates.Skills you need to do the job:0 to 2 years of strong Experience into managing sourcing operations of Fruits Vegetable IndustryOperational Knowledge of Logistics/Retail/FMCG/FMCD industryHas the ability to identify, analyze and propose solutions for effective and efficient operations at the storeData-Driven: Innate sense towards data strong grip over operations metrics. Experience in process improvement and lean techniquesProcess Adherence: Ability to follow the process and SOPs to ensure we build consistency and reliability on a day to day basis and scalability in long-termPersonality: High Energy, go-getter, and proactive personality. Should be a self- starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results
